| Rattlerfan.com believes that each customer will have their order fulfilled to their complete satisfaction. Taking this to account, all sales on Rattlerfan.com are final, however exchanges will be honored for an item of equal or lessor value if it has been damanged or there was an error on the part of Rattlerfan.com (i.e. size issues, wrong item shipped...). If the item being exchanged is more expensive than the new item being recieved Rattlerfan.com will credit the customer the difference. Rattlerfan.com will not be responsible for covering the shipping of the origional item back to the store. |
